This is my parents 47 acres in Helena. I've been doing some aerial work for a grant project documenting the possible effects of building a 360 home subdivision in the Helena Valley. This proposed Aspen Trails would be just 100 yards off of the creek (top of photo) and would more than likely drain the lake.
Try to avoid posting gif images as they have extremely limited color spaces and large file sizes. i like the composition and panoramic aspect. the colors seem low in saturation.
Beautiful shot! The subdivisions around Helena are ridiculous. The just put in a huge one in the south hills, about 1/4 mile from my parent's house. Hopefully they don't build yet another one in the valley.
