This is a class blog for photography students at Montana State University. The primary purpose of this site is as an educational tool for students to post photographs and comment on each others work.
Rachel, I think this is a successful photograph because of the mood that it creates. It seems a little dark on the left but that's probably due to web viewing. I think this one more successful than the red sky photo because I don't find myself wondering how, or caring if the photo has been altered.
