Mapateng Stephina Mogafe
This is my first piece in my latest series of work which are portraits of farm and domestic workers in South Africa. The artwork is a 42"x34" collage of digital prints on an uncoated Japanese paper.
This is great portrait......I enjoy the broken up effect you have created accompanied with the lightened oval over the woman. She looks holy or maybe dignified. Is this your intention? If not, then what are saying with these portraits?
