I love how you are using color in these images, it is very effective. The cow needs a little more color somewhere, in the background trees maybe? to fit with the others. Very nice.
at first i didn't even notice you'd desaturated these, but it is extremely effective. They just feel so dry and dusty and dirty, and that fits very nicely with your imagery here. It adds to the overall effect of the photograph.

This photo is all about symmetry. I think this image is strong entirely because of your placement and viewpoint of the horns.
